Responsible manufacturing, verified
Sustainability at Minar Group is measured on two fronts: how we treat the people who make the garments, and what we return to the environment around the factory.
Seven commitments we are audited against
These are not statements of intent. Each one is inspected during social audits and tracked internally between audits.
Worker Welfare
Fair remuneration, decent working hours and a respectful workplace for every employee.
Training
Continuous skill development so our teams grow with the factory.
Safety
Occupational health and safety controls across every production floor.
Health
On-site medical support and hygienic facilities for the workforce.
Fire Safety
Fire prevention systems, drills and clearly maintained escape routes.
Environmental Commitment
Zero discharge ETP, eco-friendly dyeing and responsible resource use.
Ethics
No child labour, no forced labour, no discrimination — audited and verified.
Zero discharge, by design
Dyeing is the most water and chemical intensive stage of knit production, so it is where we concentrate our environmental controls.
OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100
Our knitted garments are certified for human-ecological safety across baby, men's, ladies' and kids' product classes — covering fabric, thread, trims and prints.

Grade A on the standards that matter most
Our most recent amfori social audit (Monitoring ID 24-0299033-2, valid to January 2027) returned an overall rating of B, with grade A on the performance areas covering labour rights, working hours, child labour, forced labour, environment and business ethics.
A workplace people stay in
Fair remuneration, decent hours, medical support, fire safety systems and continuous training. Low turnover is what keeps skill on the line — and skill on the line is what keeps quality in the carton.
